2018 General Assembly
The Delaware General Assembly (GA) is made up of the State Senate and the State House of Representatives. Members of the GA are essential to successful criminal justice reform because they can pass reform-positive bills and oppose bills that would make the criminal justice system worse. Electing state senators and representatives who are committed to criminal justice reform is just as important as electing a reform-minded AG.
